Bing is the boss lady. I had an AMAZING massage/bodywork from the dude though. It really renewed me and is my go to place whenever I go to SD. I'd even go back just to go here (and Born & Raised and Queenstown Pub).
The price is wayyy better than anywhere else and they took my friend and I in on very short notice.

I was there for a cupping last week because of my back pain. Bing said she would drop of the "bad blood" surfaced above my skin, under the cups and she really did! If this is your first time cupping, the "marks" may look like horrified. But after a couple days, when I was writing this review, my back is not that pain and I can stand up straight. Also, no more marks on my back. Very satisfied experience!

Bing is incredible at what she does. I got a traditional Chinese massage along with cupping. I felt such a great sense of relief after my visit with. She has an innate sense for what people's body needs and my session with her had me feeling magical!
I've had many massages in my life and many are good but many times too rough. Bing had my body feeling near perfect after I left.
I cannot recommend her service enough.
P.S. she also uses traditional cupping bulbs with heat. Not the suction ones. What a great experience.

Thank you Bing and Jenny for all that you do for us!

Bing is an outstanding masseuse! I recommend her when you are in San Diego and you need to unwind. You will not find a better masseuse! Promise! I first met Bing in Hot Springs Arkansas and was very happy when she moved to San Diego. I get a massage about every two weeks. She's good! Give her a try. You won't be disappointed!

I had my massage with Jenny while traveling to San Diego. I had been working a lot so my back and shoulders were really tight and sore, and in need of a good massage.
Jenny was really good. She used her traditional Chinese medicinal knowledge to find all the pressure points, and patiently and methodically rubbed the tightness away. My session ran longer than scheduled because she insisted on giving my painful areas the needed time. She is also one of the warmest and kindest masseurs I've encountered, as she is totally devoted to the wellbeing of her customers.
My pain went away after 1.5 hours of massage with Jenny. And I would totally go back the next time I'm in San Diego!

Let me say I've been a fan of Bing's for a long time, so when she suggested I try Jenny at first I was skeptical. Well I'm skeptical no longer Jenny really does an excellent stretching, deep tissue massage. I mean she brings the meaning of deep tissue to deep tissue. I'm pretty physical so my muscles are a little tight. Well I'm on cloud nine after an excellent session with Jenny. Like I said I'm a fan of Bings but I think from now on I'm going to see Jenny. Lets say there is no fluff and a buff from Jenny, its exactly what the the Dr. ordered.
Bing I love you girl, but form now on I"m going to see Jenny. Lets say I left the studio being very impressed.
The only downside is that Jenny's English isn't conversational, but she understands enough to adjust the pressure to what you feel you need.
Thank you Jenny, and in the immortal words Arnold Schwarzenegger
"I'll be back!"

Bing is the real deal. I've received many massages and have been looking everywhere to receive an authentic "Chinese massage" ever since I became a massage student and I finally found the perfect place.
Bing brings her experience as a doctor of acupuncture, massage therapist and tui na expert and blends it all into a wonderful massage session.
She knows exactly which acupressure points to press, which muscles to work and the exact pressure needed to create space for healing in your body.
She is definitely my go to therapist now and going forward :)

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Bing is an extremely talented, pleasant, and knowledgeable practitioner. I am a regular recipient of Chinese massage, and hers is by far the best I have ever received. Had I known that a 2-hour package was available, I would have taken it. As it was, the 90-minute massage was therapeutic and restorative. Not to be missed!

She found and released years of muscle knots I didn't even know I had! Absolutely the BEST massage I have ever had! I may have to find a reason to come back just so I can see her again! Thank you Bing!!

I posted this on Yelp, but also want to post it here...as a "thank you" to Bing for giving me a great massage. Bing is the resident massage therapist at the Westin, but she is not your average massage therapist. A massage from her is like a massage from a doctor or physical therapist. Bottom line: I was looking for a relaxing massage while on business in SD, and got a pleasant surprise in the form of the best massage I have ever had. If you have time, get a 2 hour massage. My first hour was Chinese massage featuring lots of accupressure. The second hour was a hot stone and hot oil massage: totally decadent and totally relaxing. Anyway, do yourself a favor and get a massage from Bing, a great massage therapist and super nice lady.

The first time I went to see Bing was in December 2015. I have recurring back problems that I normally try to alleviate by regular exercises. However, towards the end of last year, the back pain combined with sciatica became severe that it became unbearable. My primary physician suggested physical therapy and asked if I am willing to try alternative treatments such as deep tissue massage or acupuncture. I am not a big fan of massages, but a trusted friend recommended that I try her massage therapist (Bing) who has been treating her back condition for a number of years. At this point, I am willing to try anything that would ease my pain. So I finally scheduled an appointment and was so glad I did. Bing not only is very knowledgeable at what she does, she is also very respectful and professional. She knows exactly where the pressure points are that causes the pain and where to adjust. I have complete trust in her and now go to her periodically for my joint and back pain issues.

on a recent visit to California, I had the very good fortune to meet Bing. After two days of biking down the coast to San Diego, Bing's extraordinary skills and experience worked magic on my tired and tight muscles. I can honestly say that I have never had a better massage. If it were not for the six hour flight now that I am back home, I would make it a point to see Bing at least once a week. So, if you live in the San Diego area, what are you waiting for? And, if you are planning a trip to San Diego, you won't go wrong if you include a visit to Bing in those plans.

I've read all the reviews and after seeing Bing for little over a Year and 1 hip later I have to tell you she is one of the BEST in San Diego meeting all of my expectations. Bing has not only help keep me mobil, lose, flexible she has given me a better quality of life. Since having hip replacement surgery and the blessing of the surgeon, Bing is now helping me work thru the physical therapy side of the recovery, massaging the different areas, breaking down scar tissue, massaging the tendons knowing where to and where not to go. & The best part of all of this is I feel better than when I arrived. Bing is not only a very Professional Masseuse providing Chinese, Thai Therapeutic and more massages she creates a pleasant soothing experience. She is certainly worth the 35 mile drive to get under her creative hands.

Bing gives new meaning to "Massage." She is a true *Massage Artist* with amazing technique & intuitive abilities. If you love massages like I do and if you just KNOW a good massage when you have one, Bing will redefine your expectations. She certainly did mine. Bing offers 60-minute and 90-minute massages (and likely longer too). I personally recommend you try at least 90-minutes to experience the full range of her skills. Her massage technique includes a variety of approaches -- it seems like she's trained in Thai, Chinese, Swedish, and Sports Massage modalities. I don't care what it's called, it FEELS incredible. I work at a computer all day long, sometimes 9-10 hours or more in one day. Top that off with a predisposition to tightness & tension, and you have a recipe for disaster. After just 90 minutes with Bing, I come away feeling lighter, happier, and completely relieved. All I can say is run to see her as soon as possible. She provides massage in an office-type setting which might seem a little small at first but after you lie down on the table & close your eyes, you'll forget all about it and be transported to the other side of the world. (Maybe that's why she calls it "Two Worlds" massage?) Highly highly HIGHLY recommended. Call her. Now!

I arrived in San Diego wrecked from multiple flights. Called Bing based on Yelp reviews and because her office was close to the Westin Hotel. Turn out to be one of the best massages ever, included several "adjustments" to my spine. Exceptional, professional massage. I am moving around pain free the day after.

I found Bing by simple google of massages downtown san diego and then yelp. I don't typically write reviews but this is definitely the best massage. i go to one regularly in my hometown of boston, same acupressure technique but this was a way higher notch. she started with the deep tissue then proceeded on to the thai type using her foot and by the end of it , my back felt all new. I was tense from working long hours and working out without stretching. I was in pretty bad shape. But she did an amazing job. i'm not sure words can explain how different my back felt after. Too bad i'm only here on vacation. i'd be going to her regularly. she's worth your money, knows what she's doing and just an amazing person.

Thank you Bing for the incredible massage that you gave me. I sit at my desk and work on a computer most of the day, and have had sore shoulders and a sore neck for a long time. Bing began giving me the massage and without me even telling her where I was hurting, somehow she could tell which muscles to work on and exactly where I needed to be massaged, and how much pressure to apply to work out the soreness. She started out giving me a deep tissue massage that was amazing. She really worked hard on the sore areas, and then she switched up styles and started giving me a Thai style massage, where she got up and started walking on my back and massaging my body with her feet. It felt so good. After that I decided that I didn't want the experience to end, so she continued on by giving me an oil massage and later massaged me with hot stones. I had never been massaged with hot stones before, but I will definitely go back and try that again. The massage she gave me was two hours of pure magic. I was so relaxed and felt so good when it was over. I will definitely be a regular customer! Thanks again Bing! You are amazing!

I got a massage from Bing last week while in San Diego. I found her by doing a search by distance away from a location I was at on my bicycle, not really the best way to find someone, I guess! I've gotten hundreds of medical/sport massage in my life, including about six months of Thai massage in Thailand, a lot of Tui Na in NYC and San Jose and a few dozen resort massages, so I've had a lot of different experiences as well. What I didn't expect was that I was about to find the best massage I've ever had in my life that day in San Diego. Bing understands physiology in a way that I have not experienced before meeting her. Some of this may have to do with the fact that she is in superior physical shape herself, and I think she's integrated this with an incredible infusion of empathic skills to create a Thai massage style that is like no other. If Bing were a Hollywood movie director, her skills would be of the level of Steven Spielberg. That immersive feeling you get from a great movie? Here you go, in medical / sports massage form. I truly believe she could charge hundreds of dollars more for what she creates if people knew how incredible it was. Even though I was had a packed schedule in that last week I was in San Diego, I took time out so we could have a second session that went for longer. For the record, this kind of review can sound like one of her friends wrote it for her, that's absolutely not the case. I simply cannot speak highly enough of the experience I had with Bing and would encourage anyone interested in a deeply isometric massage to contact her without delay.

Thanks, Bing, for the excellent work you did on my knee last week. It is much better now, even with a week having passed. As I indicated to you, the knee had been bothering me for almost 2 months and preventing full activity. It is sufficiently better that I am now able to build back the strength and will plan to go back for more treatment. Thanks!

All these reviews are true! Bing is incredibly good! I have had massages all over the world, including Asia, but Bing tops them all. I injured the joint of my big toe in a race about 3 years ago and I have had pain in that joint ever since. Not disabling but very annoying. I have been to chiropractors without success. During my session with Bing, she worked the toe joint very hard in an unusual way. I woke up the next morning with no pain in the joint for the first time in 3 years! A miracle! I think that Bing has some secret ancient Chinese knowledge that everyone else has forgotten. If you see Bing, you will not be disappointed!

Are you In need of a therapeutic massage? Then you won’t be disappointed with Bing, She is highly skilled in several modalities such as Thai, Swedish, deep tissue, and she also does some excellent manipulation to re-align you. Bing is fantastic! She got me in last minute and literally transformed by body. I have been to at least 50-60 masseuses in my lifetime and what stands out for me is not the oils or scents or pampering. It is how well a person can tell what your major issues you are without a word and having the knowledge to transform your body into a healthy "I could run a marathon" feeling in 60 minutes. Unbelievable!

Okay, I've been going to see Bing for a while now and it's true what everyone is saying --she is wonderful! She uses methods (that no one else seems to know) that actually make you feel taller and stand straighter after only a couple sessions. She mixes things up and introduces new techniques, so it's not the same every time. Typically she "walks my back" using her signature table and rails to balance and vary the pressure, but several weeks ago I had her do a similar technique on my stomach --walk my front. At first, we were both laughing because it's not your standard maneuver, but I tell you I felt less bloated immediately afterwards and my stomach was flatter and tighter the next day. No lie, I started to drop some extra pounds within a week, so I had her do the same thing next time and the next and I have lost over 12 pounds! Now, I have more energy and I've started to hike again. I'm going to see her again today and I can't wait!

Bing is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and intuitive. I came to her with multiple muscle issues resulting from a car accident I had a few years back. While she was working on giving me relief, I mentioned to her that I also have had chronic headaches for the past 2 years. I have seen several doctors and been on at least 5 different medications, to no avail. I finally stopped wasting my money and time, and went back to taking 1600+ mg of ibuprofen daily. She told me she was sure she could help with that (I didn't know that was even possible) and within a couple sessions, my headaches became less frequent. Now, just a few more sessions in, I hardly have them at all! I can't even remember the last time I had to take ibuprofen. Bing, you are the best! I thank you --and my liver thanks you! Much love

I saw Bing for the first time today for a sports massage at her home office in Carlsbad. It is located about 5 minutes from the intersection of I-5 and Rt 78 in a nice neighborhood with ample parking on the street. I work out in the gym about 3-4 times weekly and play competitive baseball. I have pain in several areas related to my physical activities. After telling Bing about my concerns, we started on the table face up, then face down and then on my side. The massage included her walking on my back. I have seen a number of sports masseuses over the years and Bing is,by far, the most knowledgeable and talented. Bing was a doctor of Chinese medicine before coming to the U.S in 2005. She is also trained in acupuncture and acupressure. I think she might be best described as a master masseuse- an extraordinary talent, both well trained and gifted. Everything she did seemed to be just what what was needed. Her hands seemed to find the tender spots and to know what to do. A few hours after the massage I feel more relaxed, fluid and loose and have a better sense of overall well-being. Bing is very personable-enjoyable to talk with and naturally caring and therapeutic. She freely went overtime at no extra charge to make sure she completed her goal of working on all areas of my body needing attention. I took a bunch of her cards to distribute to my fiends and clients. If your body needs work, I recommend her to you without reservation. David

I have had sports-related injuries, especially with my shoulder, and have undergone chiropractic and massage treatment for a while with some limited success. I believe in physical therapy as a means to manage pain and heal the body, but I have never seen the kind of results that I have experienced after only a few sessions with Bing. Through massage therapy, trigger points, manipulation and adjustments, she has been able to give me relief on my shoulder and a freedom of mobility that I have not experienced since before my injury. Not only is she a highly skilled massage therapist, she is also caring and intuitive and her rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend Bing!

I suffered from a sports injury and Bing has been instrumental in my recovery when doctors could only prescribe meds. I have been to many massage therapists to help reduce back and neck pain, but Bing stands head and shoulders (no pun intended) above the crowd with her understanding of the body and the multiple techniques at her disposal. She is very thoughtful in utilizing her skills and employs many levels of touch, including strategic stretching and strong hands when necessary to control and eliminate muscle spasms. It is apparent that Bing is adept in helping a large range of clients to heal, from athletes with injuries to people with chronic pain, to those who just need to reduce tension or relax. I highly recommend her!

You know how the word authentic is used so often when describing something? Like, authentic Mexican food or authentic this or authentic that, to the point it's almost become a cliche' to describe something as authentic. Well, for me I can't think of a better word to describe Bing Taos work at Two Worlds Chinese Massage other then authentic and I mean that in the truest sense of the word --something that is real and genuine, the real McCoy! First let me say that I believe that Bing is one of the two best Tui Na Masters in Southern California, the other being Bill Helm at the Taoist Sanctuary in San Diego. Who is better it's hard to say but I can say one thing that they do have in common both of them have been trained in China by Tui Na masters, in this sense they are both authentic. Bing advertises that she worked on the Chinese Olympic team for six years while in China. After experiencing her work I believe it. She has the chops/hands to work on a world class athlete or as in my case a weekend Warrior. I leave her sessions literally feeling like a new man and having a new lease on life. Its really refreshing to experience someone who has devoted her life to her craft, and is willing to work very hard to bring it to every session. Her care, dedication, devotion, and heart come through with every technique that she uses, and in this sense, she is the most authentic of all. San Diego is lucky to have such a talented a dedicated bodyworker. Bing is one of those rare people that you just feel lucky to know, and I feel lucky to go to for bodywork.
